All ingredients are either produced at the farmstead or sourced at similar producers around the country, and are used to create traditional dishes, based on family recipes.
COOKING CLASS ADD-ON: Food is central to Greek culture – it’s not just a means of nourishment, but an extension of life itself. By participating in the cooking workshop, you will have a hands-on participation in the preparation of the meal. Depending on the recipes, will collect the fresh ingredients necessary for the execution and will join the cook at the open-air kitchen in the main yard of the farmstead.
